§ Resolved, That it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of the Revenues of India, of any costs and expenses which may be incurred by the Secretary of State in Council of India, arising out of the transfer of Unclaimed Stocks, and the payment of dividends thereon, under 1470 the provisions of any Act of the present Session relating to the transfer of Unclaimed India Stock.
