THE MARQUESS OF HARTINGTONSun spectacles have been provided for all troops sent either to Suakin or to the Nile; 27,000 pairs have been sent to Egypt from August, 1884, to February, 1885. Reserves of 3,000 pairs are now being sent out for Suakin and Egypt respectively.
