CAINE(who replied) said: In dealing with the question of the grant of compassionate allowances to the children of Warrant Officers of the Navy who lose their lives in the service of the Crown, the Admiralty have thought it expedient to consult the Secretary of State for War, similar claims being under consideration in the Army. I trust that an early decision will be arrived at.
