§ LORD EDMOND FITZMAURICEIn regard to the first part of this Question, I have nothing to add to answers already given on this subject. No correspondence has taken place with the Italian authorities. I stated yesterday what had occurred in connection with the King of Abyssinia. The telegram referred to was received at the Foreign Office at noon, on Sunday, March 1.
