§ Resolved, That it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys to be provided by Par- 474 liament, of the salary of a Secretary for Scotland, and of any officials who may be appointed under the provisions of any Act of the present Session for appointing a Secretary for Scotland, and of any office expenses which may be incurred thereby.
