§ Resolved, That it is expedient to authorise the payment of a Stamp Duty on any Copy of Memorandum of Enfranchisement, of the same amount as if it were a deed of conveyance, which may become payable under the provisions of any Act of the present Session for amending the Copyhold Acts.
