§ SIR THOMAS BRASSEYWith regard to vessels being built under contract, I have nothing to add to the answer which I gave to the right hon. Member for Westminster (Mr. W. H. Smith) yesterday. With regard to ironclad vessels being built in the Dockyards, the grants of wages have been increased; and on the Estimates I hope to be able to show that satisfactory progress has been made.
