DILKEThe parish of Mitcham, which is outside the Metropolitan area, forms part of the Croydon Petty Sessional Division; and it will be seen, on reference to the Schedule, that it is proposed that the Wimbledon Division of the county of Surrey shall contain "the Sessional Division of Croydon (except so much as is within a district of the Metropolis)."
