§ THE SOLICITOR GENERAL FOR IRELAND (Mr. WALKER)On the 18th July last my right hon. Friend the late Chief Secretary stated that this matter was under consideration, and would be dealt with before the Estimates for the coming year are framed. That promise 355 is kept in mind; but I am not at present in a position to make any more definite statement.
