§ MR. CAMPBELL-BANNERMANMr. Good holds no official position whatever under the Irish Government, and is not in receipt of any official salary. I 1216 am not aware what ground can be alleged for supposing that he has acted as an intermediary between the Irish Government and any official of theirs; and the Irish Government repudiate any such suggestion.
