asked the Under Secretary of State for India, If his attention has been called to the disclosure of the contents of a Report upon the Central Asian frontier question in certain newspapers, and if he can state by whom the Report in question was made; if it was of a confidental character; and, what steps the Government propose to take to punish the offender?
