§ LORD EDMOND FITZMAURICEI desire to correct a mistake, or what is, perhaps, a misprint, in the report of The Times of my speech on Central Asia made last night. I am reported to have said that in 1880 the Russians overran the whole country between the Caspian and Sarakhs. In this sentence Sarakhs should be Kizil-Arvat. The facts are correctly given in my answer to the hon. Member for Eye (Mr. Ashmead-Bartlett) at Question time yesterday.
