§ MR. CAMPBELL-BANNERMANIn answer to my hon. and gallant Friend I have to say that the statement of fact in the first part of his Question is correct. There is no intention to assimilate the Rules as to pay and retirement of General Officers of Royal Marines to those affecting General Officers in the Army.
