§ LORD EDMOND FITZMAURICEHer Majesty's Government have received a communication from the Italian Government upon the subject to which the hon. Member alludes, and have acceded to a proposal that a preliminary study of the question on the bases of the Resolution adopted by the Association be intrusted to a Conference at Home of official delegates to be appointed by the several Governments.
