asked the Secretary of State for War, Whether the communication of Major Johnston, Antrim Artillery, in March 1883, to the Adjutant General in Dublin, with regard to his conduct on the night the hotel at Carrickfergus was entered by a party of Officers, is substantially the same as his statement to the right honourable Gentleman?
