§ MR. TREVELYANSir, the latest available information on the subject is 1355 that contained in the Return presented to this House in 1870. I have been in communication for some time past with my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for Cork County (Colonel Colthurst), and have come to the conclusion that it will be desirable to collect the information; but it requires some months to obtain it.
