Member's Question did not call upon the Government to dismiss the whole of the magistrates of Wicklow, 83 in number, because they expressed disapproval of the conduct of the Executive with regard to Lord Rossmore?
§ MR. TREVELYANYes, Sir; the communication did contain that request. The Town Commissioners forwarded a resolution in favour of the appointment of their Chairman to the Commission of the Peace, and they have been informed in reply that his name should, in the first instance, be brought under the notice of the Lord Lieutenant of the county.
