THE LORD ADVOCATE (Mr. J. B. BALFOUR)Yes, Sir; I shall postpone consideration of this Bill for a week, and in the meantime see that the Amendments are put down so that they may be seen. I hope that before that time I shall be able to suggest some further Amendments which may go very far to meet certain objections which are taken to the Bill. I also hope to be able to take the Report stage at such an hour as to admit of discussion.
