Friend the Member for West Aberdeenshire, I have to say that the Secretary of State for War has already 1886 under his consideration various schemes which have been proposed for the improvement of the Volunteer Medical Service, and for the better instruction of Volunteer medical officers in field work. The Secretary of State hopes to deal with these schemes in the autumn, and, among them, he will consider whether effect could be given to the suggestions contained in my hon. Friend's Question.
