asked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, Whether he can lay upon the Table of the House, before the second reading of the Contagious Diseases (Animals) Bill, and without waiting for the issue of the Report of the Veterinary Department, all or any of the Returns with regard to Animals in the Metropolitan Cattle Markets, and also with regard to Infected Animals, which Returns have been numbered from IX. to XIX. in previous Veterinary Reports?
