§ MR. MUNDELLANo Report has yet been made by the Scotch Educational Endowments Commissioners, although I understand that the Report is nearly ready; and so soon as it is received, I shall take care that it is placed in the hands of Members with the least possible delay. In reply to the second branch of the Question, we have received a number of schemes from the Commissioners, which are now under consideration; but unless they are opposed it will not be needful to lay them on the Table of this House.
