§ MR. TREVELYANSir, I beg to say that, instead of a personal conference with Sir Patrick Keenan, I thought it best to submit the Question, by special letter, to the consideration of the whole Board of National Education, and I have reason to know that I shall have a reply from them next week. I shall be very glad to lay my letter on the Table of the House, and I hope to do the same with the reply.
