asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, In what state of preparation are the Papers which still remain to be issued by the City of London Livery Guilds Commission, and when it is expected that these Papers will be laid before Parliament?

SIR WILLIAM HARCOURT,

in reply, said, that the remaining two volumes of the Papers were in the press, and ho expected would be delivered in about three weeks.
