THE MARQUESS OF HARTINGTONThe recommendation of Lord Morley's Committee referred to in the hon. Member's Question was not a very strong one, and may, perhaps, be regarded rather in the light of a suggestion. Looking at the position of other Military Departments which have not this distinction, I do not think it desirable to act upon the suggestion of the Committee.
