THE LORD ADVOCATE (Mr. J. B. BALFOURSir, the second reading of this Bill will not be taken before the Whitsuntide Recess. I am not yet in a position to say anything further than that. I will endeavour to get the best arrangements made for the second reading as soon as possible.
