§ THE ATTOENEY GENERAL FOR IRELAND (Mr. PORTER), in reply, said, he was happy to state that, so far as the death of the man was concerned, the report was entirely devoid of foundation. There was an ordinary trivial assault committed upon Flynn some time ago; but he was informed by the Sub-Inspector of Police that he saw Flynn 1610 yesterday at a distance of 10 miles from his own residence in perfectly good health.
