§ LORD EDMOND FITZMAURICEI have received a private Notice of a similar Question from an hon. Member opposite. No information has been received at the Foreign Office; but I may say that it is probable that information 611 would arrive in the first instance at the Colonial Office; and, having communicated with the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies, I have his authority to state that no information on the subject has been received.
