§ MR. CHAMBERLAIN, in reply, said, the hon. Member for Cavan (Mr. Biggar) must have been misinformed if he thought that keepers of Irish lighthouses were paid on a lower scale than persons in similar employment in England. The scale of pay was the same under the three Lighthouse Boards.
