HIBBERT (for Sir WILLIAM HARCOURT), in reply, said, it was the intention of the Home Secretary to call for a Supplementary Vote to enable him to confer certain money rewards on members of the Metropolitan and Birmingham Police, and some other persons not connected with either of those Forces. An Estimate would be laid on the Table in the course of a few days.
