BRYCEasked the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Whether Her Majesty's Government will present to the House Copies of all communications which have passed during the last two years between Her Majesty and the Ottoman Porte regarding the execution of the reforms in Armenia stipulated for by the 6lBt Article of the Treaty of Berlin; and, whether Her Majesty's Representative at Constantinople is now instructed to continue to press for the execution of those reforms in pursuance of that Article?

Her Majesty's Government do not think it desirable to present the Correspondence 1828 asked for by the hon. Member until a further Report has been received from his Excellency.
