HC Deb 06 April 1883 vol 277 c1642
SIR WILLIAM HARCOURT

I beg to give Notice that on Monday next I shall ask leave to introduce a Bill to amend the law with reference to the possession of explosives. In order to expedite the passing of that measure, I shall move that the Orders of the Day on Monday be postponed until that Motion has been disposed of. With reference to the progress of the Bill, I shall, in case it meets with the approval of the House, ask the House to take those extraordinary measures for promoting its rapid passage which are usual in cases of urgency.
