asked, Whether it was intended to proceed with the Police Bill to-night? He should also like to know whether it was intended to proceed with the Motion as to the Channel Tunnel?

MR. HIBBERT

said, he should take advantage of the first opportunity to proceed with the Bill.

MR. CHAMBERLAIN

said, he proposed to take the Motion any time before half-past 12.
