asked the President of the Local Government Board, Whether he intends to proceed with the Rivers Conservancy Bill this Session; and, if so, when?

MR. DODSON

, in reply, said, the Government had not altered their intentions with regard to this Bill. They hoped to pass it into law this Session. He was unable to say when it would be taken—certainly not before Whitsuntide.
