§ LORD FREDERICK CAVENDISHSir, it has been found impracticable to complete the numerous accounts which make up the volume of the Finance Accounts by the 30th of June; and I can only undertake that they shall be presented as soon as we can complete them and satisfy ourselves that they are correctly rendered and accurately printed.
