asked the Secretary to the Admiralty, If a holiday will be given to persons employed in Her Majesty's Dockyard at Portsmouth on the day of the Volunteer Review?

MR. TREVELYAN

, in reply, said, that if the employés at Portsmouth Dockyard wished for a holiday on the day of the Review they ought to make known their wishes through the officers of the yards. That was the course usually taken on such occasions.
