§ LORD FREDERICK CAVENDISHIt is proposed to refer the subject of industrial schools in England to the consideration of a Royal Commission. It is not thought desirable to make provision for a further extension of industrial schools in Ireland until that Commission has reported and opportunity has been given for considering the conditions under which the Parliamentary grant is made.
