HC Deb 07 August 1882 vol 273 c962
MR. RAMSAY

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department, When the Report of the Departmental Committee, appointed to consider and report as to the custody and treatment of criminal lunatics, will be laid before Parliament?

SIR WILLIAM HARCOURT,

in reply, said, he had received this Report only two days ago, and had not yet had time to study it. It would afterwards have to go to the Treasury. He would then consider whether it could properly be laid before Parliament.
