§ SIR WILLIAM HARCOURTI can only give the same reply as I have given before, that it would not be consonant with my duty to give any information upon this subject. At the same time, in giving that answer, I must also say, as I have said before, that it implies no admission in regard to any warrant issued for these purposes.
