§ SIR CHARLES W. DILKESir, from inquiry made of the police authorities it appears that such a meeting did take place at the time and place mentioned. The landlord was desirous of having the house cleared; but the police declined to interfere in any way. It therefore appears unnecessary to issue any instructions to the police such as the hon. Member asks for.
