§ SIR CHARLES W. DILKEHer Majesty's Chargé d'Affaires in Japan was instructed, in July last, to take such action as might be necessary for the protection of importers of drugs, in case there should be proper grounds for the intervention of Her Majesty's Government, and no further complaint has boon received since that date.
