, who had the following Question on the Paper:— To ask the First Lord of the Treasury, Whether there is any instance of a colony in which the appointment of its governor, even in those cases where that office had been hereditary or elective, has not been originally made by the Crown? said, that in the absence of the Prime Minister, from indisposition, he would postpone the Question until Monday.
