§ LORD FREDERICK CAVENDISHSir, when it is proposed to take Votes out of the order in which they stand in the several Classes, I think it is desirable that the numbers of such Votes should be placed on the Notice Paper; but when it is intended to take the Votes in order I do not see that anything would be gained by specifying the numbers.
