§ MR. MONKmoved that the Order for Committee be discharged. He regretted very much the necessity for this, as the Bill had been considered in a Select Committee of the House, presided over by the Attorney General. Next Session he would certainly re-introduce the Bill, as he heard from many correspondents that there was no measure which more required urgency than this Bill.
