Baronet the Member for Horsham (Sir Henry Fletcher) on this subject, I did not think it would be necessary to ask a further Question in reference to it. I have no doubt that the portion of the speech quoted by the hon. Member was accurately taken from The Freeman's Journal; but its accuracy is not confirmed by the official report I have received.
