§ MR. W. E. FORSTERI find that on the 1st instant the Commissioners of National Education received final Treasury authority to pay the teachers, and 330 on the same date a Circular was issued to the managers and teachers of National Schools to the effect that the Commissioners were prepared to receive applications for the amount of the increased payments for the quarter ending March 31st last. I hope the hon. and learned Gentleman has seen the Circular.
