§ Mr. Attorney General reported from the Select Committee on the Bankruptcy Law Amendment Bill and the Bankruptcy Act (1869) Amendment Bill; That they had agreed to the following Special Report:—
§ Although your Committee are of opinion that, in several respects, the Bills submitted to them require Amendments, they are unable, on account of the approaching Dissolution of the present Parliament, to proceed further with the consideration of the Bills. They have 1074 therefore agreed to report the Bills to the House without Amendment.
