§ LORD GEORGE HAMILTONSir, the Schemes 252 and 253 in connection with Tunbridge are still under the consideration of the Department; but a decision will be announced within the next few days. It is impossible to say whether it will be necessary to lay the schemes before Parliament. This depends upon whether any Petition is presented requiring the Education Department to do so.
