§ MR. MUNDELLASir, the Report in question not having been prepared by Officers of the Government, and not being addressed to any Department of the State, I am no more authorized to procure and distribute copies of it to Members than of any other publication. But some copies having been supplied to the Education Department, I will have them placed in the Library of the House for purposes of reference.
