§ SIR MICHAEL HICKS-BEACHThe hon. and gallant Member can obtain in the Library of this House, if he desires to peruse them, such of these Reports as have been presented to the Colonial Parliaments and published in their Sessional Papers; but I think there are serious objections to their further publication, for reasons of which I have already informed him.
