§ SIR HENRY SELWIN-IBBETSONSir, I have no objection to give some further details with regard to the Votes for the Queen's Colleges. But with regard to the Queen's University, I think the hon. Gentleman will see, on looking to the Estimates, that all reasonable explanations of that Vote are already furnished.
